Major project: Subtitles research for Final Cut Pro and adding it in my test project

In this blog, I will talk about my progress in working on the project in Final Cut Pro. I would like to pay attention to the subtitles, as part of the work on your project. I think that this can be useful, since the presence of subtitles in a video clip is never superfluous, especially in the work of a foreign student, because of the different accents and style, not everyone can understand what I say. Based on this, I decided to do a little research among the videos on YouTube and find out how to properly make subtitles for the video.

Researched videos:

Reflection:

I watched several videos and options for how to make subtitles. I think the most inconvenient option of all is to download third-party software for creating subtitles, since there are other alternative solutions. The first option, where you can make subtitles while creating a video. This option is most convenient in terms of the fact that after rendering you do not need to spend more time, you can do everything in one program, and this option is very easy to use and does not require any effort. The second option is when subtitles can be added to the video itself on the YouTube platform. This is relatively convenient if you only need subtitles on YouTube. Also, if the subtitles were ignored during the video creation process in Final Cut pro, as in my case. That's why I think it would be a very good idea to make subtitles for my test video clip on YouTube, which won't take much time.

Process:

As you can see, creating subtitles in YouTube is not difficult, I spent relatively little time, because it was very convenient. To do this, I just took my finished text (which was saved in a separate file, as well as I posted my speech in the previous post) and went to the comanta to add subtitles and added parts of the text in the desired sequence by viewing the video from the beginning to the end.

Result:

As you can see, after the subtitles were published, they appeared on my motivational test video. Subtitles go without errors and from the beginning to the end.

Reflection:

This research helped me understand subtitles, which I had never done before and found it difficult. However, after looking at the examples and doing a little work, I achieved the desired result. I saw several different examples of how to make subtitles and chose the most convenient one for the process of my work. This research has taught me how to create subtitles.
