Voiceover and Transitions Script Research (Major Project Research #3)

While working on my new script, I encountered problems that I created for myself, but these are exactly the problems that should make me better at writing scripts. Let me remind you that my script is significantly different from what I did in the winter. In this script, I decided to use more different places where the actions take place ( in the previous script, all the actions took place in a pub), use more scenes. However, what was new to me were two questions that I had to look at more scripts to choose the one that was right for me.

The first question was How to write the hero's thoughts in the script? The answer that I found among the works of Melissa Erwin (2011) turned out to be logical, in order for the character not to speak, but we heard it, you can use a voice-over. This example seemed to me the most appropriate and correct to use in my script .

The second question was how to make a quick transition when events in the script develop very quickly ( let me remind you - the idea of the character has two weeks to prepare for the exam, you need to show a lot, but quickly and so that the viewer understands everything). Here I unexpectedly even for myself chose an example from the movie Deadpool (2016), namely to use for each day the title , which will show the progress of the character, as well as the viewer will not be lost in the narrative.

These two studies should help me with the main points that will most often occur in my script. This looks very correct and logical, both for the movie creator and for the viewer.
