Script writing reseach (Major project #2)

I would like to write about my research in script writing for my major project in Digital Art classes. At the moment, I have a story plan for the script, which also has characters, location, genre, and audience for which the story is intended. However, I can't just start making movies with this plan, because I need structurally correct script for my story. In order to better understand how to design the script correctly, I looked at the work of Andrew Niccol, who wrote the script for one of my most favourite movies, the Truman Show.

This is one of the pages of this movie's script. As you can see, it has a structure that every script writer uses. In the upper right corner there is a number that indicates the scene number. The character's name is centered in capital letters. There may be brackets under the character's name, which indicates a description. The dialog is centered and takes up about half of the page. It is very important to write where the scene takes place in the interior (INT - inside any room) or exterior (EXT - in open space like a street, near to house, in the forest etc.)  together with location and time. The description of actions takes up the entire page and is written as plain text. Finally, font name is Courier New and size is 12. This is essentially all that the script consists of and what I need to know to structurally write it correctly.
